When do I take it?

To take advantage of the effects provided by Core Nutritionals LOAD, it should be taken with high carbohydrate meals only.

Take Core Nutritionals LOAD no earlier than 30 minutes before, and no later than 60 minutes after a high carbohydrate meal.

For meals containing 30 to 50 grams of carbohydrates, take 3 capsules of Core Nutritionals LOAD.

For meals containing 60 to 100 grams of carbohydrates, take 6 capsules of Core Nutritionals LOAD.
